Food is the Medicine
to Get Your life Back
• Stop feeling tired • Stop body pain • Stop brain fog • Stop feeling hopeless
Aren’t You Tired of Feeling Tired?
If you are like most people, you have tried what the experts say, but it is just not working. They may have said you are “normal” despite having crushing fatigue, body pain, hair loss, or stomach upset. Perhaps you have modified your diet, but your symptoms have not gone away. If any of this sounds familiar, it is important to realize that you are not alone.
I Believe You
That is the first thing you need to know. You are unique. There is no cure all that works for everyone. If you have tried changes in the past that have not worked, they were simply the wrong solution for you. You did not fail – the solution failed. But that does not mean you cannot get your life back now.
You CAN Change Your Life with Nutrition
Nutrition CAN heal your body and transform your life, but only with the right approach. Changing your life with food does not mean never eating the foods you love again. Using a holistic approach to get to the root of your health problems, I help you find a long-term solution for true healing and getting your life back.
Welcome to Molly Romero Nutrition!
Hello! My name is Molly Romero and I am so happy that you have found me. My mission is to empower you to transform your life through food. Only a holistic and individualized plan can transform your health and your life. I give you all the tools and information you need to start living life with confidence. You will feel the difference making the right choices based on what your body needs.
Many of the people I help are suffering from chronic diseases, such as diabetes, irritable bowel disease, heart disease and autoimmune disease. They may have had little or no success with advice and prescriptions from other healthcare providers and feel like there is no hope of getting their health back.
You Can Transform Your Life with the Right Plan
Integrative and Functional Medical Nutrition Therapy
The foundation of my approach is uncovering the root cause of your health issues that conventional medicine has failed to resolve. Over many years of practice, and helping hundreds of patients, I have discovered most of the people I work with find life changing relief through an integrative and functional nutrition therapy approach.
This approach doesn’t just look to manage or prevent disease, but rather takes a deeper look at the root causes such as:
- Genetic predisposition
- Diet
- Lifestyle habits
- Relationships
- External environment
Functional medicine integrates the best of traditional Western medical practices with what is sometimes called “alternative” or “integrative” medicine. It focuses on healing through taking information through the latest innovations in laboratory testing and responding to what the science tells us with nutrition, diet, exercise, and lifestyle modifications.

- Complete all forms and log-in at least 48 hours in advance before your first appointment.
Verify your insurance benefits with the provided form (it will be sent with the other pre-appointment forms). If your insurance requires a doctor’s referral, ensure that we have received it prior to your appointment; the fax number is (501)229-6070.

Be sure to activate your account and create a login and password on Practice Better from the initial email sent confirming your appointment – this is required to conduct a video session. We spend most of the first visit (1 hour) discussing your health issues, current nutrition concerns, lifestyle habits (exercise, sleep, stress) and measuring body composition. How often will I see you?
I see most patients monthly, but ongoing support is available outside visits through email and chat on Practice Better, https://practicebetter.io/
What is Integrative and Functional Medicine Nutrition Therapy (IFMNT)?
Aside from being a mouthful, IFMNT is the primary framework we operate from when treating patients. The frame takes five key areas into consideration when diagnosing and treating health issues:
- Food / Lifestyle / Environment
- Nutrition Physical Signs & Symptoms
- Biomarkers
- Metabolic Pathways & Networks
- Systems (looking at body systems as interconnected)
